NB Blanc Fumé

Serve with tuna tartare, Vietnamese summer rolls, herbed chèvre, or lemon-herb roast chicken; citrus-driven acidity matches freshness and cuts through light oils.

Whole-bunch pressed; barrel fermented; élevage for 12 months to shape precision.

At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
