At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
Description
Nose: Delicate notes of rosewater and zesty lime are complemented by subtle hints of Turkish delight. The aromatic profile is both floral and citrusy. Palate: The delicate flavour of rosewater unfolds gracefully, accompanied by the bright zest of lime. A pronounced mineral quality adds depth and structure, while subtle hints of Turkish delight provide an exotic nuance.
