Description
The Atlantic Slopes Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of two blocks of Sauvignon Blanc that differ in elevation, soil type, aspect, and yield. Adding to the layered complexity and structure. It is a lively wine that displays a beautiful hue, with abundant citrus fruit on the nose. Fresh lime and lemon notes with a distinct minerality coming through on the palate. The 5% Semillon adds body and softens any Sauvignon’s acidity.

Accompanies fish and shellfish dishes, exceptional with oysters. Ideal with elaborate dishes with truffle or mushrooms. Superb paired with artichokes
