G.H. Mumm is one of the most prestigious and historic Champagne houses, founded in 1827 in Reims, France. The house was established by three brothers from Germany—Jacobus, Gottlieb, and Phillip Mumm—along with Friedrich Giesler and G. Heuser. Initially, the family was already involved in wine production in Germany before expanding into the Champagne region of France.

G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut Champagne features a clear yellow color with aromas of brioche, apple, nuts, and orange peel. The palate opens with flavors of lemon, peaches, and flowers, followed by baked green apples, rhubarb, and raspberry. The finish is characterized by brioche pastry, vanilla, and a chalky texture, offering a medium overall flavor length.
