Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut includes 25-30% reserve wines, which are aged in wood for up to four years. This addition of reserve wines contributes to the champagne's complexity and depth. G.H. Mumm is one of the most prestigious and historic Champagne houses, founded in 1827 in Reims, France. The house was established by three brothers from Germany—Jacobus, Gottlieb, and Phillip Mumm—along with Friedrich Giesler and G. Heuser.
