Description
The 2024 Côte des Roses Rosé displays a soft, pale, brilliant pink colour with bluish tints, which evolve over time toward more orange hues. The bouquet offers red fruit aromas (red berries, redcurrant, cassis), floral notes of rose, and hints of grapefruit and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and full, with good aromatic persistence, balanced acidity, a light mineral undertone, and a dry, fruity finish with fine balance.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully as an aperitif or with light seafood (grilled fish, shellfish), Mediterranean salads, sushi, or dishes with subtle spices. Also works with fresh goat cheese, cold appetizers, or fresh vegetable dishes.
