Côte des Roses

Drink this rosé wine from France ideally chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompaniment to asparagus salad with quinoa, Thai cucumber salad or veal onion casserole

The balanced Côte des Roses Rosé from Languedoc is based on grapes of the Cinsault, Garnacha and Syrah grapes. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and slate. Due to the balancing influence of the nearby river, the grapes mature more slowly and unfold more aromatic depth.

After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the press house. Here you will be sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation is then carried out in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Côte des Roses Rosé can continue to harmonise on the fine yeast for a few months.
