The Pomino Bianco di Frescobaldi was born in vineyards located on the Castello Pomino estate, located in the homonymous hamlet within the municipality of Rufina, in the province of Florence.

It ages for 4 months in stainless steel and 1 month in bottle.

The pressing cycles are chosen to allow a smooth extraction of musts. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with 15% in French oak barrels, all at controlled temperature.
