The 2018 vintage is characterized by exceptional climatic conditions. Flowering thus takes place in the best conditions, with historically abundant grape production. A few rainy episodes at the end of spring complicate things a bit with an attack of mildew, but the good weather then sets in until the harvest, which takes place in idyllic conditions. The wines promise to be magnificent.

After devatting and malolactic fermentation, the wines are transferred partly to wooden vats and partly to stainless steel vats where they will be aged for one year.

The harvest date is determined by checking the ripeness and tasting of the berries. As soon as they arrive at the cellar, the grapes are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks from 150hl to 190hl. The extraction is done by pumping over reasoned according to the tasting.
