Fleur de Champagne Premier Cru Brut

A champagne with very fine bubbles that goes wonderfully with roasted langoustines, vegetable dishes or pineapple carpaccio. An exceptional champagne, both complex and fresh!

Half of the blend is reserve wine, including 2% of the reserve wines aged in oak barrels for 9 months. Ageing on lees: over 6 years.

Precise vinification with separation of origins. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. Yeast : Saccharomyces Cerevisae. Malolactic fermentation: 100%. Natural clarification, without fining. Very low sulfite content (around 1/3 of the permitted level)
