By. Ott is a blend from the Clos Mireille and Château de Selle Estates. Clos Mireille´s proximity to the sea and microclimate offer freshness while Château de Selle, located on limestone hillsides, gives plenty of fruit and texture to the wine.

BY.OTT is blended and bottled in the new Château de Selle cellar, where part of the winery is exclusively devoted to its production. The entire process is controlled - from the blending to the storage -, ensuring the perfect quality expected of these wines.

Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines but particularly rosé wines made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations.
