We are in love with wine and nature, we produce clean wines, without artifice and try to go as far as possible in our work to reveal our terroirs. Organic, biodynamic, pure wines, agroecology and farming are the pillars that have made up our estate. We have been working organic since the start (2008) and biodynamic today. The vineyard covers 12 ha spread over Chénas, Moulin à Vent and Beaujolais. The environment in which we live is very important and we have reintegrated animals into the heart of the estate (Cows, Horses, Poultry, Pigs, Hives, etc.). All our vines are surrounded by hedges and we have reintroduced trees in the middle, especially in Chassignol. Our 2 horses are used to plow the soil.
