Her dress is brilliant with green gold tones. The nose is intense of fresh fruit with yellow flesh (apricot and peach), with toasted and floral notes reminiscent of hawthorn, honeysuckle and verbena. The palate is powerful, fruity and floral (verbena and acacia). Its finish is long and mineral.

Domaine Mourgues du Gres

Former agricultural estate of the Ursulines of Beaucaire from the 16th century, the estate owes its name to the nuns called "Mourgues" in Provençal. As for the Sandstone, it is the Galets des Costières de Nîmes that give our wines all their character. In the estate's courtyard, the sundial's Latin motto SINE SOLE NIHIL (Nothing Without Sun) celebrates the Mediterranean climate. It offers beautiful maturities for naturally gourmet wines. In the vineyards as in the cellar, all our actions are guided by listening to Nature, respecting the terroir and the Environment. Our official certification in Organic Agriculture in 2014 and the management of the vineyard in Biodynamics on the entire estate respond to these convictions. Since 2015, vinification has been carried out without sulfur for greater purity and brilliance of the fruit. A light addition and a very light filtration at bottling ensure the stability of the wines. May these bottles accompany tasty moments of sharing and conviviality!
