Minimal intervention with all organic farming, hand harvested, native yeasts, and minimal SO2 additions.

Aging mostly in tank, with some older barrels.

Maxime-François works with his mother Michèle Aubèry-Laurent at Domaine Gramenon and produces two wines under his own label. Michèle Aubèry-Laurent established the domaine with her husband Philippe in 1990 in the north-eastern edge of the southern Rhône. Tragically Philippe was killed in an accident in 1999 but Michelle stepped to the forefront carrying on where Philippe left off. Since then Michèle has discovered her own creative voice in so doing she has catapulted Domaine Gramenon into cult wine status.
