Domaine Jean Chartron
Puligny-Montrachet based Domaine Jean Chartron was established in 1859, making it one of the oldest in the commune. The domaine today, is under the stewardship of 5th generation Jean-Michel & Anne-Laurie. They oversee some of the most prestigious vineyard parcels to be found in Burgundy, working across Villages level, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
Description
This new blend of premier cru wines from Puligny-Montrachet provides a nose of crushed flint and the zest from fresh, citrus fruits. Very much in the style of Puligny, you will be struck by the firm body with hints of bone matter, which will only further develop in the bottle. This wine can be decanted and served now or be left to mature for several years.
