Description
Nose: The wine offers a complex bouquet with aromas of fresh citrus, green apple, and pear, accompanied by floral hints and subtle minerality typical of Chablis. Palate: It is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and flavours of lime, grapefruit, and stone fruit. There is a light touch of oak, contributing to its complexity, along with a mineral finish that lingers elegantly.
Food Pairing
Ideal with seafood dishes such as oysters, scallops, and grilled fish. It also pairs well with creamy poultry dishes and aged cheeses.
