Description
Nose: This wine displays aromas of fresh citrus fruits like lemon and lime, complemented by notes of green apple, pear, and hints of white flowers. There is also a subtle minerality typical of Chablis. Palate: The 2021 vintage offers a bright and crisp palate, with flavours of citrus, stone fruits, and a flinty minerality. It is medium-bodied with a fine, balanced acidity and a lingering, clean finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs excellently with seafood dishes like oysters, shellfish, and grilled fish. It also complements dishes such as roasted chicken, creamy pastas, and goat cheese.
