Semi-continental climate with warm summers and cold winters. The Les Murgers des Dents de Chien plot has 30 year old vines. The bottom is limestone and covered with white pebbles.

12 months with 20% new barrels

The manually harvested grapes are cooled after pressing and left to rest in new barrels for 48 hours.
