The mouth: On the attack, the 2020 Les Maréchaux Bourgogne Aligoté from Chavy-Chouet is revealed with a present attack and good pressure. It's fueled by its nimble acid nerve, nourished with a creamy, juicy melt-in-the-mouth, with a firm structure and gritty bite. Aromatically it oscillates between citrus, limes and distinguished saline notes in the long finish.
