After being hand-harvested, the grapes underwent 24 hours of skin contact before pressing. The juice was then settled for 36 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures (14-16ºC) for three weeks. The wine was matured on the lees for five months, with regular lees stirring to enhance complexity and mouthfeel​.

This wine is made from two distinct vineyard blocks at different altitudes: one at 400 meters above sea level (the highest on the farm) and another at 150 meters. These vineyards grow in decomposed gravel soils with significant clay content, offering optimal drainage and water retention, which contributes to the wine's concentration and freshness. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean adds a cool-climate influence​.
