Deutz
Champagne Deutz was founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann in Aÿ, one of the oldest and most prestigious villages in the Champagne region. Both founders were originally wine merchants from Germany, and they brought their expertise to create a champagne house that emphasized quality and tradition.
Description
Deutz Brut Classic Rosé presents a delicate peachy-pink color, with a creamy nose offering small red berry fruits complemented by a biscuity note. On the palate, it bursts with flavors of redcurrant, raspberry, and crisply defined dry red fruits. The finish is balanced by a touch of chocolate or coffee, adding roundness to its intense yet elegant profile.
Food Pairing
Deutz Brut Classic Rosé pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It is an excellent companion to salmon nigiri sashimi, enhancing the delicate flavors of the fresh fish. Its fruity and elegant profile also complements dishes like seared duck breast, roasted poultry, and berry desserts, making it versatile for various culinary experiences.
