The grapes for this blend are sourced from meticulously managed vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The region's unique terroir, characterized by its diverse soils and maritime influence, contributes to the wine's complexity and elegance.

The wine is aged in 225L French and American oak barrels for 12 months. This maturation process occurs in a climatized barrel room maintained at 16°C with 80% humidity, facilitating the development of the wine's structure and complexity.

After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This process ensures the preservation of the fruit's vibrant character and allows for precise control over fermentation dynamics.
