The palate is dry, structured, and fresh, showcasing firm tannins from the extended skin contact, with a lingering, savoury finish.

The bubbly displays an onionskin colour, typical from grapes that had a little bit of skin contact. It is bursting with strawberry and raspberry flavours with a hint of earthiness from the amphora. The palate is fresh with good acidity for longevity.

The wine displays a pale straw colour, typical of a bubbly that enjoyed the benefits of extended lees maturation. Beautiful aromas of lime, crisp apple with freshly baked pastry, and toasted almonds on the nose. The palate is bright and zippy with vibrant acidity and a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
