Pop Song Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs well with seafood dishes, chicken, vegetable dishes, and salads. Its crisp acidity complements light and fresh flavors, making it versatile for various occasions.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from select vineyards in the Western Cape, benefiting from the region's cool climate and diverse soils, which contribute to the wine's distinctive character.

This wine is crafted for immediate enjoyment and is best consumed while young and vibrant.

After careful harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic qualities. The wine is then carbonated to achieve its sparkling character.
