Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with seafood, especially sushi, fromage du chèvre, and aubergine.

At Creation, six different clones of Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated. The blending of these clones results in interesting complexity. Thanks to the cool climate and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, the Sauvignon Blanc is more mineral-driven than fruit-forward.

The wine was aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for six months, contributing to its smooth palate and complexity.
