Sauvignon Blanc

The 2023 Creation Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, or dishes with umami-rich flavors. It also complements dishes with citrus or ginger elements.

The vines are planted in decomposed Bokkeveld shale on clay-loam soils at an elevation of 270 meters in the cool-climate region of Walker Bay. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean contributes to the wine's minerality and freshness. The vineyard features six different clones of Sauvignon Blanc, contributing to the wine's complexity.

This wine spends three months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks to enhance its texture without compromising its fresh characteristics.

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on the fine lees for an additional three months, adding texture and depth.
