Ideally located below Constantia Nek just moments from the bustling Cape Town city centre Constantia Glen is a picturesque boutique wine estate producing ultra-premium cool climate wines. The 60 hectare property situated at an altitude of 130 – 270 metres above sea level has a mere 29 hectares under vine with production of our wines limited to 120 000 bottles per annum.
Description
This vintage displays a bright, pale straw color. The nose is marked by a bouquet of tropical fruit aromas, including passion fruit and guava, interwoven with citrus notes of lime and grapefruit. These fruity elements are complemented by subtle herbal nuances of freshly cut grass and green pepper. On the palate, the wine offers a medium-bodied profile with a lively, crisp acidity, flavors of green apple, and a refreshing minerality. The finish is long, clean, and vibrant, with lingering notes of citrus and herbs.
