Comtes De Dampierre
Comtes de Dampierre Champagne, founded in 1986, has deep historical roots in the Champagne region, dating back over 700 years. The Dampierre family has been associated with the Champagne area since the 12th century. The modern Champagne house was established by Comte Audoin de Dampierre, who focused on producing high-quality Champagnes with a commitment to traditional methods and exceptional grape sourcing.
Description
Comtes de Dampierre Blanc de Blancs Champagne features a pale gold color with very fine effervescence. On the nose, it reveals notes of frangipane and light white flowers, which evolve into aromas of autumn and dried apricots. The palate is smooth and soft with a great harmony of fruity flavors, leading to a soft, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
This Champagne pairs exceptionally well with delicate dishes. Suggested pairings include seafood, such as oysters and lobster, as well as soft cheeses like camembert. The wine's elegance and minerality complement these foods, enhancing their flavors.
