Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness for this elegant wine style. Fermentation in stainless steel was followed up by ageing the wines partially on 100% French oak staves and in 225L barrels for 8-10 months before bottling. An elegant red blend with typical mix of red and black berries followed by a classy hint of spice and oak on the lingering aftertaste.
