On the palate
CBC Pilsener pours a light‑blonde colour with a delicate frothy head. On the nose there is a strong hop aroma—floral, herby, lightly spicy—with some grainy malt backing. The palate is crisp and clean: moderate malt sweetness up front, followed by bitterness that is bitter‑just‑right rather than harsh. The finish is refreshing, moreish, with lingering hop bitterness and a light dryness rather than sweetness.
