Description
CBC Amber Weiss is a fruity and aromatic wheat-style beer with banana esters and a touch of clove on the nose. The amber / reddish hue is derived from specialty malts that add depth and subtle caramel character. The palate is smooth, moderately sweet, with light bitterness and a finish that maintains a gentle hop presence.
