This wine would pair well with all kinds of seafood, chicken or turkey, especially dishes with a cream sauce.

Winter this year was colder and the rainfall much higher. This replenished water resources and to sufficient cold accumulation for bud break. Temperatures remained moderate during the summer months and slowed down ripening which resulted in a later start to harvest. The crop was smaller but the quality outstanding, producing wines with great age-ability.
