On the palate, it is rich and textured, underpinned by an incredible mineral backbone, leading to a focused, tight, and stony finish with complex blackcurrant-tinged fruit. The 15 months on lees in older oak barrels impart richness that balances its brilliant acidity and hinted tannic grip.
