Description
This Sauvignon Blanc elegantly represents the unique terroir of Cape Point, with hints of floral spice, cardamom, and white pepper. On the palate, it offers a complex array of flavors, including freshly picked apricots, ripe pears, limes, and orange blossoms, complemented by a refreshing acidity and a lingering fruity finish.
Food Pairing
This Sauvignon Blanc Reserve pairs excellently with fresh oysters, line fish, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Serving it moderately chilled between 10°C – 14°C enhances its flavors.
