Cool sea breezes along with ancient mountain soils make for a unique terroir with a late growing season that results in a world class Sauvignon Blanc with minerals tones and great complexity.
Description
The result is a wine that is incredibly expressive of our terroir showcasing minerality and elegance. The Reserve is round and generous on both the palate and the nose where it shows floral elements, perfume, and hints of citrus blossom. The truly unique experience is the unexpected crisp and salty finish derived from our close proximity to the cold Atlantic Ocean.
