This wine showcases a shimmering hue of straw in colour and beautiful fruit forward aromas – ripe nectarine, passion fruit, gooseberries and fig. The wine’s palate is full and flavoured with racy acidity. Hints of oak spice gives the wine an extra layer of depth. This Sauvignon Blanc has a well-balanced yet complex mouth feel. It is silky smooth and rounded off by a long, lingering finish.
