Cool sea breezes along with ancient mountain soils make for a unique terroir with a late growing season that results in a world class Sauvignon Blanc with minerals tones and great complexity.
Description
The 2024 Isliedh presents a complex array of aromas, including elderflower, peach blossom, ripe nectarine, pink grapefruit, fig, and lemon curd. On the palate, it offers a rich, saline, and well-textured experience with a long, mineral-driven finish. Subtle notes of floral oak spice and fresh thyme add depth to this elegant wine.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, such as oysters, lobster, and grilled fish, as well as with lighter poultry dishes and creamy pasta. Its vibrant acidity and minerality also make it an excellent match for fresh salads and goat cheese.
