Kottabos Grenache Syrah

Sausage and mash, shepherds pie and steak and kidney pie.

Decomposed granite soils. Grenache 71% and Syrah 29%.

The Grenache aged in older French oak while the syrah was kept unoaked in concrete. Blended after 11 months and prepped for bottling.

Both components were whole bunch fermented and left on the skins for 10-12 days.
