Kottabos Grenache Syrah

Sausage and mash, shepherds pie and steak and kidney pie.

Both the Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%) are grown on decomposed granite in Polkadraai/Stellenbosch.

The Grenache aged in older French oak while the syrah was kept unoaked in concrete. Blended after 11 months and prepped for bottling.

Both components were wholebunch fermented and left on the skins for 10-12 days.
