This wine pairs wonderfully with dry-aged steak, slow-cooked lamb shank, and roast chicken served with jus. Its rich texture and balanced tannins make it ideal for hearty, savory dishes​.

Each varietal in the blend is vinified separately to ensure quality and precision. Grapes are hand-sorted and only the best berries are fermented. Primary and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks before the wine is matured in 100% French oak barrels for 14–16 months, with 30% of the barrels being new oak. The blend combines 300L barrels for Bordeaux varietals and 500L barrels for Shiraz​.
