For us however, this name also expresses our philosophy, homage to the blue planet, to the sky and water and to the colour of peace.
Description
A deep ruby red colour. Intense flavours of fynbos, mint and berries welcome you on the nose. Follow by aromas of cinnamon, lead pencil and dark chocolate. The palate is full-flavoured with sweet cherries and a spicy undertone. All these are then beautifully wrapped in supple tannins which gives this wine great balance and elegance.
Food Pairing
An elegant and stylish wine that will pair beautifully with Fillet Mignon and a Béarnaise Sauce or roast leg of lamb with rosemary sprigs and baby potatoes.
