Description
Perfumed aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle combine seamlessly with notes of apple and tangerine. White pineapple and pear add complexity and ripeness to the nose. Floral notes follow through to the palate, with a textured mouthfeel and intense flavours of citrus fruit – lemon, lime cordial and orange zest. The zesty acidity balances well with oak characteristics of crème brûlée and toast. Intense lime lingers on the finish.
Food Pairing
Lighter meats like veal and pork work very well here, along with richer seafood dishes and soft cheeses.
