Description
Deep crimson with pronounced aromas of black currant, mulberries, and a hint of peppermint, with layered notes of dark chocolate and toast – indicative of a classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon. Fullbodied on the palate with ripe, textured tannins supported by fresh acidity. Balanced black currant, blackberry, vanilla, and lead pencil on entry. The mid-palate is lifted by the Cinsault component, bringing fresh red plums and cherries to the broad flavour spectrum. This wine has the power and structure of a Cabernet, tempered by the fruity softness of Cinsault – very accessible.
