Description
Deep ruby in colour with rich aromas of black cherries, cassis, and dark chocolate, layered with a touch of cedar spice. The palate is bold and structured, with firm, ripe tannins and a refined acidity. Dark fruit notes of mulberries and blueberries are complemented by hints of pencil shavings and subtle red plum lending the softness of the Cinsault. A serious, full-bodied wine with a focussed finish of cassis.
