Strawberry And Rose Gin

The aroma is prominently marked by candy floss and candied strawberry, intertwined with the delicate fragrance of Damask rose. This combination creates a sweet and floral bouquet that is both inviting and refreshing.

On the palate, the flavors follow through from the nose with the sweetness of candied strawberry and the floral essence of Damask rose. Despite its pretty pink hue, the presence of juniper is ever evident, providing a classic gin backbone. Supporting notes of cardamom, grains of paradise, and Persian lime add complexity and depth, balancing the sweetness with a touch of spice and citrus.

The finish is smooth and lingering, with the floral and fruity notes gracefully fading, leaving a pleasant and lasting impression.

At Wright’s Gin, our journey is woven with stories, heritage, and a commitment to excellence. It began in 2018 with a simple 5L pot still, a birthday gift that sparked a passion in Steve. This humble beginning, experimenting with gin, whiskey, and brandy, evolved into shared weekend rituals with Jason in Yzerfontein, setting the foundation for Wright’s Gin Distillery. Our distillery is not just a place of craftsmanship; it’s a home where family values infuse every aspect of our work. We believe in creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone, from our team to our visitors, feels part of the Wright family. Our Distillery & Tasting Room is the heart of our brand, reflecting our ethos of generosity, resourcefulness, and openness. It’s a place where we love to share our knowledge and passion for distilling, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
