Raspberry Gin

The gin opens with a classic juniper scent enhanced by hints of coriander and liquorice, quickly followed by the vivid, fresh aroma of Scottish raspberries which brings a bright and fruity character to the forefront.

On tasting, it offers a vibrant burst of raspberry flavor that blends beautifully with subtle undertones of juniper and a refreshing citrus twist. This transition creates a delicate yet pronounced fruity profile that is both engaging and pleasantly sweet.

The finish of this gin is long-lasting and dominated by a crisp raspberry flavor, complemented by a lingering citrus note. This combination ensures a refreshing and slightly sweet conclusion to the tasting experience.
