Cape Ruby Finish 13Yr

The aroma is sweet and nutty, interwoven with subtle smoke, aged leather, and a touch of tobacco. There are also hints of strawberries and a faint floral note reminiscent of rose-flavored Turkish delight.

On the palate, it offers a distinctive sweetness like hardboiled candy and buttery toffee, with ripe red fruit flavors and an earthy hay note. You will also find rich notes of Christmas fruitcake, honeyed sweetness, and toffee. The presence of soft smoke adds depth, and a hint of woodsmoke lingers, creating a full-bodied and complex experience.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering peat and hints of butterscotch. It leaves a lasting impression of the smoky and sweet flavors, rounding off the whisky beautifully.
