The Irishman Harvest & 2 Glasses

The whiskey opens with zesty spices and black pepper, complemented by sweet and fruity undertones of peaches, enhancing its aromatic complexity.

The flavour is rich with pot still spices such as cloves, cracked peppercorn, and nutmeg, mingled with dark chocolate and the woody essence of bourbon oak. This combination creates a full-bodied taste with a hint of vanilla rounding off the vibrant spice.

It concludes with a long, woody finish highlighted by flavours of butterscotch and toffee, providing a sweet and enduring aftertaste that is both luxurious and comforting.
