Single Malt Carribean

The whiskey greets you with a vibrant burst of ripe apricot and peaches, blending beautifully with the underlying notes of oak imparted by its initial maturation in American bourbon barrels. This fruit-forward approach sets a lively, tropical tone right from the start.

On the palate, The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish offers a decadent array of tropical fruits, prominently featuring coconut, pineapple, and banana, which meld seamlessly with the traditional Irish malt's smooth sweetness. The interplay of fruity rum influences and the whiskey’s natural characteristics creates a rich, complex flavour profile.

The finish carries through with the tropical theme, presenting a sweet, lingering aftertaste of dried fruit and a hint of spice that caps off the experience with warmth and a reminder of its rum cask enhancement.
