Cucumber Bitters

The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters start with a fresh, vibrant aroma reminiscent of freshly cut cucumber skin and celery, coupled with the green, peppery scent of arugula. This combination is rounded out by subtle earthy and floral hints, creating a complex bouquet.

Upon tasting, these bitters reveal a lively and refreshing character, much like cucumber-infused spa water. The flavour profile is primarily cucumber, with undercurrents of herbal notes such as rosemary and thyme, and a touch of cracked pepper. This mix gives the bitters a slightly sweet yet distinctly bitter taste, making them highly nuanced and palatable.

The finish is clean and maintains the light bitterness and herbal quality, with lingering floral notes that evoke summer blossoms. The overall effect is crisp and refreshing, enhancing the bitters' versatility in a variety of drinks.
